The Women’s Resource Center offers a wide variety of educational, spiritual, and support services to local teenagers and young women regardless of background, affiliation or belief. Support groups are offered weekly and feature a small group format and discussion. We also sponsor Empowerment weekends, which last from Friday at 6:00 p.m. through Saturday. Personal private appointments are available upon request. (Contact us.)

Small Group Discussion

We are currently offering a monthly small group experience, based upon the "Kissed the Girls and Made Them Cry" Mini-DVD Curriculum. This group is for youth and women of all ages who long for greater intimacy with Jesus and need to embrace God’s healing and restoring love. The truth is sexual purity isn’t about rules... it’s about freedom and power. We can take back what we’ve so cheaply given away.

Pregnancy Help Center

Calhoun County has one of the highest teenage pregnancy rates in Michigan. For many young women, pregnancy is a confusing and fearful time. CityLinC Women’s Resource Center offers a variety of respectful, safe alternatives for young women making life-changing decisions. (Click here for more information.)

Our caring staff provides free pregnancy testing, free counseling and free referral services, including adoption referrals. We also help young women with STD education, health care, nutrition, and support services so they can bear a healthy child. (Learn more.)

Post-Abortion Counseling

What do 33% of American women have in common? They’ve experienced abortion. At the CityLinC Women’s Resource Center, we offer a recovery program called "Her Choice to Heal," which was written by a woman who experienced abortion first-hand.

This unique program leads women on the difficult journey through denial, anger and grief, to forgiveness, redemption and letting go. Women will find a road map to healing with practical suggestions and resources for help, as well as the encouragement and hope found in Christ.
