| Youth Guidance Foster Care, a program of CityLinC Ministries, recognizes that children have a right to a stable, permanent home. Ideally, children should be raised by their biological parents in a nurturing environment. When parents are unable to meet these responsibilities, intensive services may be employed to assist parents in improving their parenting roles. Foster Care provides children with continuity, consistency and permanency while parents seek necessary services. |
