Our Programs
CityLinC’s Foster Care program provides safe, nurturing homes for children who have experienced trauma, neglect, or instability. We walk alongside foster families with training, resources, and ongoing support so they can offer love, healing, and hope to children in need. Our mission is to ensure every child knows they are valued, protected, and not alone.
Through our Adoption program, CityLinC helps create permanent, loving families for children who are unable to return to their biological homes. We guide families through each step of the adoption journey with compassion and expertise, ensuring that every child has the opportunity to thrive in a safe, stable, and forever home.
Second Wind Mentors connects caring adults with individuals transitioning out of incarceration, addiction, or life challenges. Through consistent one-on-one mentorship, we provide guidance, accountability, and encouragement to help participants rebuild their lives, reach personal goals, and experience the power of healthy community.
Stuff-A-Bus is our annual back-to-school initiative that equips local students with backpacks filled with school supplies. With support from volunteers, donors, and community partners, we ensure that every child starts the school year prepared, confident, and ready to succeed.
Our Angel Tree Christmas Program, in partnership with Prison Fellowship, brings joy, hope and connection to children whose parent is incarcerated. Every year we make sure these children receive gifts and tangible reminders that they’re not forgotten- while also creating opportunities for relationships, healing, and restoration within their families.
The Red Wagon Partnership is a community-wide effort grounded in our belief that every child deserves caring adults, safe places, a healthy start, a good education, and opportunities to help others. Together with local organizations and neighbors we identify real needs for children in Calhoun County- collecting and delivering essential supplies and resources to give them the best possible start.
