Helping Lower-Income Children Succeed in School
By providing much-needed school supplies in a safe, fun environment
What is “Stuff-A-Bus”?
Stuff-A-Bus is a summer campaign that collects school supplies for children in need in our local schools. It’s organized by CityLinC, a non-profit organization serving Calhoun County since 1968.
Working with more than 100 local organizations and hundreds of individual donors, we collect school supplies and backpacks for lower-income children. The supplies are delivered to local schools in late August for distribution to children in need in early September when they return to school.
Campaign Dates: Months of July and August

Pencils (#2 with eraser)
Notebooks and notebook paper

In July and August, we collect school supplies from the public drop boxes around the area. Next, we assemble them in backpacks for distribution to needy children in our community. Both of these important tasks depend on help from volunteers like you.
