| CityLinC is a non-profit, faith-based organization in Battle Creek, Michigan (see map). We offer a wide variety of compassionate services for children, teenagers and families in the greater Calhoun County area. (About us.) Volunteers and supporters are always needed! (Learn more.) All people are welcome here regardless of background or belief. Our primary mission is to help high-risk children and youth, as well as their families, in times of crisis and transition. We connect people and community! (Programs) | At this very moment, nearly 14,000 children are in the Michigan foster care system. (That’s more than the entire population of Traverse City.) Another 4,600 children are awaiting adoption. Every one of these kids deserves love and safety. The State of Michigan recently declared that 100% of its adoptions will be handled by private agencies like ours. Click here to learn how you can help. |
